KLIPKONNECT provides professional grooming services including but not limited to:

• Haircuts
• Home Service Haircuts
• Hair Styling
• Hair Care Consultations
• Hot Towel Treatments
• Lifestyle Consultations
• Personal Grooming Advice
• Digital Educational Content
• eBooks and Digital Downloads
• All services are subject to availability.

Appointments may be booked through:

• Website
• WhatsApp
• Email
• Social Media Channels
• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from KLIPKONNECT.

For home service appointments, clients agree to provide:

• Safe working environment
• Adequate lighting
• Clean space for service delivery
• Access to electricity if required
• KLIPKONNECT reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are considered unsafe or inappropriate.

Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to cancellation fees.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the booked service value.

All prices displayed on the website are in AED unless otherwise stated.

KLIPKONNECT reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

Prices confirmed during booking remain valid for that booking.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank Transfer

• Payment may be required before, during, or immediately after service delivery.

Completed grooming services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will be evaluated individually where:

• Service could not be delivered
• Booking errors occurred
• Technical payment issues occurred
• Refund approval remains solely at KLIPKONNECT's discretion.

All digital products sold through KLIPKONNECT are:

• Licensed, not sold
• For personal use only
• Non-transferable
• Non-refundable once downloaded
• You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, modify, or share any KLIPKONNECT digital content without written permission.

All website content including:

• Logos
• Designs
• Graphics
• Images
• Videos
• Text
• Branding
• eBooks
• remain the exclusive property of KLIPKONNECT.
• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

• Events beyond our reasonable control
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service involved.

KLIPKONNECT may request permission to photograph or record completed work for:

• Website
• Social Media
• Marketing
• No photographs will be published without client consent.
• Clients may withdraw consent at any time.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of information necessary for booking and service delivery.

KLIPKONNECT shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform services due to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Power outages
• Internet disruptions
• Emergencies
• Events beyond reasonable control

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
